Chemical Basis: Polyester / Melamine / CAB General Qualities: High quality finish for the refinish trade relating to metallic finishings. Physical properties:   Density 1.15 Typical (depending on colour) Flash Point: above 21 degree C. Solid content varies considerably, depending on colour. Viscosity: N/A Spreading rate varies considerably, depending on colour. Finish: Semi-Matte Colour Availabiltiy: Variety of silvers and full range of toners. Recommended Surface: Preparation: Should only be applied over a suitable primed surface. Surface should be thoroughly cleaned, dry and free of dust, oil and grease. Recommended Primer: 2K M.S Primer Overall Coatability: Twin Pack Top Coat Clear Recommended Thinner: Good Quality B/C Thinner Application: Mixing Ratio: Application Method: Spray Application Viscosity: 16 to 18 Seconds FC 4 @ 25 degree C. Recommended D.F.T. +/- 25 Microns Drying Conditions Surface Dry: 10-20 Minutes @ 25 Degree C Flash off time: 5-10 Minutes Pot Life: N/A One pack Product Health and safety Data Use in a well ventilated flameproof area. Protective Clothing, gloves & goggles should be worn with an air fed mask when spraying. Storage: Products contain highly flammable solvents. Store in a flame proof area, away from any source of flame or excessive heat.
